→ strategy – messaging frameworks, angle development, and using what the data says to inform what's next

→ briefing & scripting – for creators, editors, and graphic designers across video and statics

I've produced hundred of videos with 60+ brands across health & wellness, food & beverage, fitness, beauty, apparel, and personal care– including a 12.5M-view viral reel for Function of Beauty, videos reaching 100K+ views for Sprouts and Whish Beauty, and a Silver Telly Award for work with CAKES Body.

Outside of work, I’m likely playing beach volleyball, trying a new recipe, or hanging out with my cats (who I’m convinced were goblins in another life).
